During his two days in Jeddah, he will hold bilateral talks with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and participate in the second meeting of the Strategic Partnership Council.

“We have shared interest and commitment to promote regional peace, prosperity, security and stability,” Modi said, as he embarks on his third visit to Saudi Arabia and first visit to the city of Jeddah.

PM Modi further said that he looked forward to participating in the second meeting of the Strategic Partnership Council and building upon the highly successful state visit of Mohammed bin Salman to India in 2023, describing the crown prince as “my brother.”

The Prime Minister will also be interacting with the Indian community in Saudi Arabia. He called the Indian diaspora in Saudi a “living bridge” between the two nations, praising the people’s role in strengthening bilateral ties.

He reaffirmed his government’s commitment to their welfare and engagement through initiatives rooted in the motto of the 4Cs — Care, Connect, Celebrate, and Contribute.
