Kerala Minister calls for review of RMS-Speed Post merger

Minister in charge of Post and Telegraph V. Abdurahiman has urged Union Minister of Communications Jyotiraditya Scindia to review the move to merge RMS (Registered Mail Service) offices with Speed Post hubs. In a letter addressed to the Union Minister, Mr. Abdurahiman said the merger aimed at cost-cutting would lead to crowding at post offices and cause a delay in postal services, inconveniencing the public.
