Union Bank of India gives ambulance to Vikrama Simhapuri University under Corporate Social Responsibility

In an effort to enhance emergency medical services for students, faculty and staff, Union Bank of India (UBI) has provided a new ambulance to Vikrama Simhapuri University (VSU) at Kakutur campus in SPSR Nellore district under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds.

The ambulance was inaugurated on the university premises by VSU Vice-Chancellor S. Vijayabhaskara Rao and UBI Regional Head A. Rajasekharam in a joint ceremony on Wednesday.

On the occasion, Prof. Vijayabhaskara Rao said, “This ambulance is essential for ensuring the health and safety of students and staff. It will play a crucial role in providing immediate medical assistance during emergencies. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the UBI officials for their generous support.”

Mr. Rajasekharam said, “As part of our commitment to social service, we always strive to support the development of educational institutions. We firmly believe that this ambulance will be highly beneficial to the university.”
