Many Bollywood celebs have gone under the knife to enhance their looks and it is no secret for fans and media. While many stars prefer to stay mum on this topic, Khushi Kapoor & Janhvi Kapoor have openly discussed about the procedures they went through.
Cosmetic surgeon Dr Vikram Singh Rathore recently revealed what kinds of surgeries Bollywood celebs opt for to look young and maintain onscreen persona. “The focus of my female clients is on their looks. They are very conscious about it, and they want to correct their blemishes and sagging on their face, along with correcting their double chin. They also go for liposuction and body contouring, they want to get their whole body in shape. They also demand breast upliftment surgery or breast reduction surgery, along with they also ask for rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty. They do all this to look younger,” Rathore said while talking to Siddharth Kannan on his YouTube channel.
“These days, there is a mommy makeover. A lot of changes happen to a woman’s body after pregnancy, and then actors think that their career is over, and they go into depression. So, to help them overcome that, there is a surgery called mommy makeover, which involves breast upliftment, tummy tuck and liposuction surgeries,” he shared.
Despite being a common thing in Bollywood, many celebs have made mockery of actors who went under the knife. Talking about the procedure, Khushi Kapoor had once told Curly Tales, “I don’t think it’s such a big deal. The main issue is that people are scared that they will get hate if they come out and admit it. I just feel like there’s going to be hate either way.”
“People think that the term ‘plastic’ is the biggest insult you can give someone, but I don’t think it’s bad if someone gets work done and stuff like that,” she added.
