Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on Thursday inaugurated, through video conferencing, a building of the office of Sub-Registrar at Kulithalai.
It was constructed at an estimate of ₹2.51 crore. It has a built up area of 507 square metres. It has facilities for document room, waiting hall, parking lot, toilets, and others.
Shortly after the inauguration, Collector M. Thangavel, accompanied by the senior officials of the Department of Registration, visited the new building and inspected the facilities.
