The Kerala Students’ Union (KSU) has alleged that a “private tuition centre mafia” is challenging the legal system in the State by repeatedly leaking question papers for the ongoing half-yearly exams in State syllabus schools.
KSU Kozhikode district president V.T. Sooraj told the media on Wednesday that even after the government launched a Crime Branch inquiry into the allegations of the question paper leak episode and the Education Minister’s promise to rein in the YouTube channels run by private tuition centres, the questions for a recently held exam were leaked through an online channel.
Mr. Sooraj said that the organisation would hold a protest if the Crime Branch probe does not make any progress as expected.
