A woman was murdered allegedly by her husband in Tunga Nagar police station limits here on Sunday.
Ruksana, 38, was married to Abdul Yusuf. He allegedly hit her with a sharp object, resulting in her death. They had been married for 12 years and have three children. The reasons for the criminal act are not clear.
The Tunga Nagar police have taken up investigation after registering a case. The accused have been taken into custody.
