PRATAPGARH: A class 9 student of a private school in Pratapgarh in Uttar Pradesh was found dead in her room after her school allegedly barred her from appearing for exam over unpaid fees.
“The 17-year-old girl was allegedly humiliated due to unpaid fees by the educational institution’s administration.
