Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather
JAMMU:Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Speaker on Sunday slammed legislators for making their private members’ bills public ahead of the budget session in violation of parliamentary practices and established conventions.
Directing members to refrain from repeating this, Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather said, “It is improper to publicize notices of questions, bills, resolutions, and other matters related to legislative business.”
