Staff and Siva Sevaks counting the hundi offerings made to Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy temple in Srisailam on Tuesday.

Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy temple at Srisailam in Nandyal district received ₹6.09 crore as hundi offerings in 27 days, starting from March 5 to March 31.
The hundi collections were counted on Tuesday amid heavy security and under CCTV surveillance. Apart from cash, the hundi received more than 200 gm of gold and 6.200 kg silver. The temple also received 990 U.S. dollars, 130 Canadian dollars, 20 British pounds, and currencies from other countries.
Temple executive officer (EO) M. Srinivasa Rao, and the heads of various departments and staff, and Siva Sevaks also participated in the counting.
