IIIT Raichur Recruitment 2025: The Indian Institute of Information Technology Raichur ( IIIT Raichur ) is seeking applications for the post of Assistant Professor in the regular positions in various fields. The institute presently offers B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (AIDS) and Mathematics and Computing (M&C). The selected faculty will be stationed at IIIT Raichur’s temporary GEC site till the permanent campus development is complete.

• Eligibility: Ph.D. with three years of post-Ph.D. experience in Level 11/10 or equivalent.
• Relevant Experience: From reputed academic institutes, research and development laboratories, or relevant industry.

(b) Assistant Professor Grade-II (Level 11/10)

• Eligibility: Ph.D. with at least one year of post-Ph.D. experience in Level 10 or equivalent.
• Note: Candidates with less than one year of post-Ph.D. experience may be considered for Level 10.

Terms of Appointment

• The positions are benchmarked with Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) under the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
• Faculty will be appointed to regular positions with service benefits in accordance with 7th CPC guidelines and Government of India norms.

Qualification and Experience

• Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in relevant disciplines from recognized universities.
• An excellent academic and research record is required.
• Candidates should demonstrate an aptitude for teaching and knowledge dissemination.
• Preference will be given to applicants with:

1. Strong research guidance experience
2. Published peer-reviewed research
3. Patents/IPR/Knowledgebase contributions
4. Record of research project funding and acquisition
